Professor Kerry Jacobs is Head of the School of Accounting and Business Information Systems at the Australian National University. Professor Jacobs will speak at the launch of the Forum at a reception at Parliament House on Monday 7 April 2008. Professor Jacobs will speak on "Partnerships in Accountability - The Relationship between the Auditors-General and Public Accounts Committees" Professor John Halligan is Research Professor of Government and Public Administration, School of Business and Government, University of Canberra. Professor Halligan will address Forum delegates and Victorian public sector leaders at a breakfast seminar on Wednesday 8 April, presented in partnership with the Institute of Public Administration Australia. The seminar’s topic will be Public Sector Reform & Implications for Accountability - Comparative Perspectives.
